SHIPPING POLICY

Article 1 — Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped from mainland France. They are prepared within 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed.

Article 2 — Delivery areas

SQOCH ships to mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. The full list of countries we serve is shown at checkout: if your country is not listed, we cannot deliver to you yet.

Article 3 — Carriers

Orders are shipped with Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL or Chronopost, depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen.

Article 4 — Delivery times

Allow 6 to 8 working days after dispatch, in France as well as abroad. This estimate runs from dispatch, not from the date of the order, and is indicative. SQOCH cannot be held responsible for a delay caused by the carrier.

Article 5 — Shipping costs

Since 27 September 2026, shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase, to every destination the shop serves — France included.

No shipping charge is applied, whatever the value of your basket. The amount shown at checkout is therefore the price of the items, and nothing else.

Article 6 — Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel directly on our tracking page.

Article 7 — Delivery problems

If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us at contact@sqoch.fr within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Article 8 — Customs duties

You have nothing to pay on delivery. Our orders are shipped duty and tax paid (DDP): any customs duties and import taxes are settled before delivery, whatever your destination. The amount paid when you place your order is the total amount.
