TERMS OF SALE

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between FIBROGENE, a micro-entreprise registered under SIRET number 899 041 511 00010, whose registered office is at 10 rue Aristide Bruant, 26000 Valence, France (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any buyer making a purchase on the sqoch.fr website (hereinafter "the Customer").

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the store you are browsing, inclusive of all taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.

Article 3 — Orders

Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale. The Customer receives an order confirmation by email once payment has been validated.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is due immediately on ordering. Payments are secured through the Shopify Payments platform.

Article 5 — Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address given by the Customer. Delivery times are given as an indication. In the event of a delay, the Seller cannot be held liable.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. SQOCH voluntarily extends this period to 30 days. Return costs are those set out in the refund policy: the first return of an order delivered in mainland France is free; beyond that, or for an order delivered outside mainland France, a flat contribution of €10 is deducted from the refund. If an item is faulty, incorrect or we made a mistake, we pay everything.

Article 7 — Liability

FIBROGENE cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products sold.

Article 8 — Governing law

These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
